Wyoming LLC · non-residents

Open your Wyoming LLC,
ready to invoice in 5-15 days.

LLC + EIN + operating agreement + registered agent + banking guide. No visa, no SSN, no travel. I tell you first whether it fits, then we build it.

I handle it personally: Argentine public accountant, Florida notary public and IRS-registered tax preparer. This is not an automated platform — every case is looked at before anything is filed.

Is this for you?

Wyoming does not fit everyone. Here is how it is decided.

YES, if…

  • You are a non-resident (you live outside the US)
  • You sell services or products online to US or international clients
  • You want a fintech bank account (Mercury, Wise)
  • You collect through Stripe, PayPal or similar
  • You would rather not deal with four different providers

NO, if…

  • You are buying property — that is structured differently: LLC for real estate
  • You already have an LLC and what you need is the tax side in order — LLC rescue
  • You only need apostilles or a notarization — apostilles
  • You are shopping for the cheapest provider — there are automated platforms that charge less and never look at your case

What is included

The full setup, with no pieces left loose.

Wyoming LLC

Full formation with the Articles of Organization filed with the state, plus the registered agent for year one. Filed in 3-5 business days.

EIN from the IRS

Obtained as a foreign owner — no SSN, no ITIN. It is what unlocks banking and invoicing. 5-10 business days.

Operating agreement

The internal document of the LLC, drafted and ready to sign. The state does not ask for it; Mercury, Wise, Stripe and compliance do. And it decides what happens to the company if you are gone.

Mercury / Wise account guide

Step by step, with instructions by country. You file the application yourself — banks require the owner to do it — and Mercury usually approves in 24-48 hours with the EIN.

First-year state fee

The Wyoming filing fee (USD 102) is inside the quote you receive, not an extra that shows up later.

Guided onboarding

You fill in a private 5-8 minute form and we tell you at every stage until delivery. Your data never travels over WhatsApp.

How it works

From your message to your LLC, in 4 steps.

01 · You tell me your case

What you will be invoicing, from which country, and with whom. Two or three lines are enough to start.

02 · I answer with the diagnosis

Whether Wyoming is the right state for you, what you will have to file each year, and a fixed quote. In writing, before you pay anything.

03 · We file everything

Wyoming + EIN with the IRS + operating agreement. We confirm the name within 24 hours and keep you posted at every step.

04 · You get the LLC ready

Complete documents and the banking guide to open Mercury or Wise. Ready to invoice.

What is NOT included — plainly

Better that you know from the first message.

Frequently asked

Worth knowing before you open it.

Why Wyoming instead of Delaware or Florida?

Wyoming is the default for non-residents: the cheapest annual report in the country (USD 60/year, charged by the state), owner privacy and no state income tax. Delaware makes sense if you are raising venture capital. Florida only if you are buying property in Florida. For online services billed through Stripe or PayPal, Wyoming wins comfortably.

How long does formation take?

5 to 15 business days depending on the Wyoming Secretary of State backlog. The state filing takes 3-5 days; the EIN from the IRS another 5-10. The operating agreement is ready immediately. With the EIN you can open a Mercury account in 24-48 hours.

What does the LLC cost every year?

Two things that are not ours: the Wyoming annual report (USD 60/year from year two) and the registered agent, which state law makes mandatory. And one that is professional work: the federal filing of Form 5472 with the pro forma 1120, due every year even with zero revenue. We quote that on your case, because a dormant LLC and one with inventory and partners are not the same job.

Do I need an ITIN or an SSN?

No. You can form the LLC, get the EIN and open Mercury with neither: the EIN is issued to a foreign owner. An ITIN comes later and only in some cases — if you end up filing a personal US return, or if a particular bank insists.

What if the bank closes my account?

It is rare but it happens, usually when the business is described vaguely. If it happens we give you the fallback plan in writing (Wise, Relay, Payoneer) and the approach to reopen without triggering the same problem, at no extra cost for the follow-up.

Does it include a meeting with a professional?

Formation is guided and in writing, and we confirm every stage with you. If you want your case reviewed first — tax election, structure, how it lands in your own country — the 15-minute consultation is USD 29 and is credited toward any service you hire afterwards.

How do you quote and how do I pay?

You send me your case, I answer personally with the diagnosis and a fixed quote, in writing, before you pay anything. If it helps, payment can be split in two (on start and on EIN delivery). No sales calls.

Check the numbers yourself. What an LLC actually costs to keep, by state, with the official fees: run it through our free calculator, no signup — we would rather you compare with data than take our word for it.

Tell me your case and I'll tell you what fits

Two or three lines: what you will invoice, from which country, and whether there are partners. I answer personally with the diagnosis and a fixed quote, in writing. If a Wyoming LLC is not what you need, I will say so.
